White bottom menu bar in dark mode

I didn’t find a post on this bug yet but I might be wrong. It happened a few time in the last few weeks that when I open the app when my phone is in dark mode, the bottom menu bar stays white when the rest is appropriately dark. Hope this helps!

I think this is because your phone is in Light Mode? What happens when you force quit? What setting is your phone in? And if it's in Light Mode, do you have other apps where you're in Dark Mode there but the native tab bar shows up properly?
Nadia My phone was in dark mode because I have a setting that switches it into dark mode from 8 pm to 7 am. I took the screenshot before 7 am. All my apps are set to follow the mode my phone system is in. I don’t remember having issues with white menu bars in otherwise dark apps during the dark mode times.
I don’t remember force quitting Storygraph but I remember another time after the screenshot where I tested manually changing the Dark Mode to Light then back into Dark Mode and then the menu bar was as dark as the rest. I don’t usually change the setting manually.
popcornparadise Okay, that's how my phone is. Toggles between the two and certain times. So is StoryGraph in 'Dark' or 'System' mode? And can you please force quit and report back next time this happens? Thank you.
