'Hide from Challenge' Option

The option to hide a completed book for a reading challenge prompt is available if you're the creator of the challenge, but not if you're participating in someone else's challenge. Make that option available to anyone?

Sorry, yes, I wasn't super clear. If I'm not the creator and if I wanted a book to count toward my challenge prompt, but not be visible to other people participating in the challenge, could I hide it from everyone?
Can you give me a use case? It's available to a host so that they can curate the books available, say if a book doesn't fit the prompt. We will have a way for participants to flag a book to a host, but not for them to hide it themselves from everyone. Or do you mean just for you?
