We know that the mean of a distribution does not tell the whole story. It would be great to be able to visualize the distribution of ratings for a given book. Is it all 4.5s? Or is it some combination of mostly 5s and 1s?

Absolutely agree and love this ideia! I thought about this the other day, while I was on the "booking" hotel app. xD When choosing a place, I always go to the looow comments, just to see if there's a common reason that I would mind, as to why people don't like it. And with books it's kind of the same! When there's a book I love, and others don't (or vice versa), I'd like to read the comments behind it to see other peoples perspective!
& be able to sort by reviews! I want to see the 3 star reviews the most.
I would love this to include a DNF rate! I've been finding that sometimes a book has a high score and then the reviews are full of people saying they didn't want to finish because it was so bad. Essentially survivorship bias.
bookcasey It will do!
This is perfect for the StoryGraph. More stats!
We're going to have this eventually on review pages!
