Make it easier to learn how to use features

I would love if there were a user guide, FAQ, or something similar that documents how to use functionality on The StoryGraph like how to use tags, create book lists, etc.

When I click the "contact us" button on the lower right, there is functionality to search documentation and useful information. However, it's very difficult to read in the small chatbox. Additionally, if I click a link on the main website (trying to follow instructions on how to manage tags on my profile), the chatbox closes and when I reopen it, the chatbox has reloaded and the instructions I was reading are gone.

More background: I would like to try reading more Black women authors in the next year, and so I'm trying to explore how I can use The StoryGraph to queue up some books for this goal. Perhaps I could create a list of books, or tag books individually, or browse suggested books by others. I'm not sure which of these features exist. Being able to easily browse some documentation about what features exist or how to do common tasks like these would be really helpful.

I just need to improve the UI and UX in the app, which has been a focus for the last few months and I'm ramping up the intensity as we approach the New Year! In general, people don't read FAQs, though we do have a few articles here in the meantime: https://thestorygraph.freshdesk.com/support/home.

Needing to read an FAQ is a failing of the product and below the standard we're trying to reach. Any time spent writing FAQs, which quickly go out of date, needs to be spent on the app.

The chat widget can be buggy and I will look at it at some point but you can email support@thestorygraph.com directly for now.
