Random Publishers Showing Up as Series

Over the course of the past couple of days, I have noticed random books are showing publisher names in the series field. No librarian seems to be adding these (per the log) and when I remove them, another one appears.

You can see I've removed a random series from this book twice and they keep reappearing (it has one now).

I suspected this was due to information we're receiving from the Kobo API and it seems that's the case!
Nadia does that mean this is expected behavior and will not be fixed?
lgaylord No, it's not expected behaviour. But it's hard for me to fix/address it, and it's not really my place to. It will be reported back to Kobo. I imagine it'll be hard for them to fix it too. It's a data issue on their end.
