I have some books I'd honestly want the updates to be hidden for multiple reasons. Would it be possible to mark a book as "incognito" and any updates will not show in the timeline but it will still count towards my reading goal.

Reasons for this:

• A book I own might be by a problematic author I don't want to promote
• There might be a marketing boycott for the publisher
• Book creators can hide a book until their reviews/ vlogs are out
• Very out there book covers
