Book list that loads as you scroll

It can be a little frustrating to scroll through a long book list and have to pause every 10 books.
It would be nice if the books continued to load as you scrolled (instead of the next load only triggering when you reached the end of the next 10 book chunk)
Like, maybe book 14 started to load while you were looking at book 4.
Alternately, it would be nice if the books loaded in > 10 book chunks.

Merged into the pagination story because that's going to come with the ability to toggle results per page. Also, the general pain point of having to wait will be solved with a range of the performance updates we've got coming up.
