For books that have many editions, I am often looking for the one that I own to add to my TBR, so that I select the right edition when I start it. My TBR section is only for my immediate TBR (i.e. within the next few weeks) and as such, I use Owned heavily for inventory. A tickbox for Owned in the filter editions tab would greatly improve finding the right edition, especially on mobile.
