Make it easier to have active larger group buddy reads

While the buddy reads & readalongs are amazing features for less crowded book talk, it would be great to have a forum for each book, so people could exchange more broadly.
There could also be a mandatory progress label for us to fill before commenting in the main forum, as to avoid spoilers.

nukaven I'm going to take over this post to mark the work I'm doing on it. I'm going change the title from "Book main forum" to something else that gets at the pain point.
We've considered this and decided on another option for now to avoid stale conversations/people getting notifications long after they've finished the book. Essentially, people will be grouped up with hundreds to thousands of others who have started the book within days of each other. Opt in, of course. Working on this in the next week and a half.
