Adding edition manually adds it a separate book

I tried to add Slovak edition to a book manually, but it created a new book, completely separate from the original.

Did you add the edition from the "editions" page? If you click "Report missing/incorrect book information.." on the book page, one of our volunteer librarians will fix it for you ASAP!
