A lot of time when I open the app lately I get just a blank screen, sometimes other tabs will load, but often I have to close the app and start again. I checked for updates, none. iPhone 13 Pro on IOs 18.3.2

This has been happening to me too for the last couple of weeks. I'm on Android, US based. Whenever I open the app the home page takes a very long time to load and just shows blank for up to a minute. The social tab usually loads quickly, but my profile page is also slow to load. Closing the app and re opening doesn't help; this happens every time I open the app fresh.

This is happening to me all the time too and it keeps getting worse. iPhone 14 iOS 18.3.2. Based in the UK. Sometimes I’ll get a loading wheel and it will just go back to a blank screen. Sometimes it will load a cached version with old books on it. I couldn’t get it to load at all today and so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it now I can’t open a login screen to sign in to the app.

It’s happening a lot more today on all the pages and I’ve been cognizant to close the app, and even reopening it doesn’t work now most of the time.

US based - iPhone 15 Pro - iOS 18.4

Has been happening to me the last few weeks. I assumed it was poor service/connection or having recently updated the app or iOS. I usually resolve by tapping the one of the bottom icons.

I’ll try to attach screenshot next time it happens.

U.S.-based here. Primarily happens when app has been idle in the background for a longtime. Closing/starting again almost always helps. (But not this morning briefly - white screen no matter how many times I closed/reopened the app.)

I am US based and this happens to me multiple times a day too. I check TSG fairly often so I don’t think it’s because the app is idle too long. I have an iPhone 13 Mini and am on iOS 18.3.2.

US based. It probably is idle in background a lot of the time, probably why resetting it usually helps.

Hmm..not sure what would be causing that. Has the app often been left idle for a long time? Is it typically the first time in the day when you open the app or throughout the day? Are you located in Spain by any chance?
