Book not removed from "books you've added" to reading challenge after hitting the - button

I'm trying to remove a book from a reading challenge prompt after I added it and it won't go away. I've hit the - button, refreshed the page, backed out of the reading challenge, re-added it to the prompt and removed it again, and it still shows up on the main reading challenge page and the "books you've added section" for that prompt.

I see the '+' button top right for 'That Time I Got Drunk...' — can you please confirm that when you refresh the page when the '+' icon is visible the book pane is still there but this time with a '-' top right? We just leave it around in case you made a mistake and want to re-add it to the prompt easily. It doesn't disappear on its own.
If it's not there, there might be a case where you've added one edition but have another on your to-read. We're working on resolving this bug soon by making any book in family count once added to a reading challenge, but if this is your issue you need to find the exact edition you've added — if you remember and the book doesn't have a load of editions — and remove it from the challenge from the book's page itself. If you can't find it, contact us via support and we'll sort it out for you! :-D
Nadia When I refresh the page, it's still there with a + sign. The screenshot is after I refreshed the page.
I went through the editions and another one had been added! I unchecked it and the book is gone from the prompt now. Thanks!
