Bottom of page is always home page

It's hard to explain so I've added a screenshot. But whenever I go to any part of the site, the bottom half of the scroll is always the home page and doesn't load the rest of the actual page it's supposed to. I've noticed this only happens on Chrome/Chromium browsers. I've tested it on Safari and Firefox and it doesn't seem to happen on there. I've also tried this on work computers (Windows) and my personal Macbook and the problem persists. Thanks!

Does it always happen for you? Like every page? Because if so, I have more questions as one of the main reasons I've been unable to solve this is because it doesn't happen reliably. I'm assuming it goes away when you do a refresh?
It happens on my iOS app too. I'm not sure it's to do with browsers (though some may be more susceptible to the issue), but rather part of the software I use to develop the website and app. I will fix it one day for sure!
Nadia It does happen for me pretty consistently (but not 100%) and the browser was the only commonality I could think of. Pretty much when I click away from the landing page and scroll it happens. Weird. I don't know why I didn't think of refreshing the page but that does fix it, so I'll work with that. Thanks for your response!
apierlessbridge Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime!!
