I did a data export from my account today (to mess with to-read list stuff). The email that came to me referenced this URL:
To download it, head back to the user export page. (http://url403.thestorygraph.com/ls/click?upn=u001.RPnpvqintQ-2FkNTLsRd6jKnUqFso-2B3bvpxb3VSB8ZfcDR1RGZHSgfv9G-2BfT1gdXEcr8Ih84LjNMD3y0SeCmzG3w-3D-3D1Sui_w4xic-2B7K4mgborPyJMLGHv87VgW9br-2BEuqgm4WDc3tu6griEekHf5qW7uCi9WJfZrSDa4FqQsffrswYjrVYzjTdMvBAKFYFIuFWxFhVXZHBk0EfBpa1YSBg2fM9sHCSPMXEQjsTKwbMP7zh6pyL2mvUJg-2BSVb3scieoZ5Sb5-2BrwvEyHp4jepoGSMO8ErIgCwD5E-2BwBHBsOPZNyvJkyuP7yCyGQ0NfwXOWrdSGO-2BGw37B70vujkfIpRpb1IM64s2KJzbPehwnfsl2elp3lX7mtlZddcs3fPzVSYbTxyQzO2S2AzJRm7nFgDJ743M4zQ7St-2B34pkmfh3G014YoqXepwQ-3D-3D)
That URL gives me this error:
MismatchCert (Hostname mismatch) Blocked by SSL_HOST_MISMATCH
The destination url403.thestorygraph.com is not reachable.
Contact your IT administrator with the following error:

I was logged in on another (Chrome, not Incognito tab).
If I navigate back to the https://app.thestorygraph.com/user-export page myself, I'm able to download the newly created report.
