Form submit button hidden by mobile layout

Website, Firefox mobile browser on a Samsung Android phone.
On the "Add buddy read comment" page, the floating navigation bar at the bottom of the screen overlaps the page content and hides the button to submit the form.
(I have a screenshot, but the Add Attachment button on this form doesn't appear to be working.)

Are you trying to add a screenshot via mobile? If so, it seems Noora's attachment button doesn't work. Can you try via desktop? Thank you.
Nadia Yes, I was trying via mobile. I've added the attachment now via desktop.
pedanther Okay, great. Thank you. So I need to add some more spacing at the bottom of the page. Have you managed to find a workaround/use the app in the meantime?
Nadia I've been using the desktop version, and if I had to use the mobile browser there's enough of the button's active area visible that I could still tap on it (although if I wasn't familiar with the form and didn't know what its label said, I probably wouldn't dare).
...I've just been playing around with the page again and discovered something interesting: what happens with the bottom of the page changes depending on how abruptly I scroll. If I scroll gently, it stops with the button hidden, but if I make a larger and faster scrolling motion, the button comes all the way out. I've made a video screen capture demonstrating, but can't attach it here (wrong file type / maybe too large). I could DM it to you via the volunteers discord?
