Hi Nadia ! I love TSG and won't ever leave it. But the most painful "bug" I suffer is the ISBN import failing to find a match. I can live with it, either by adding the book manually or choosing a slightly different edition of the book, but this issue is the number 1 reason why all the people I try to bring to TSG go back to GR after a while. They can't find their books! specially non-English books. And not everyone is willing to spend time adding them manually. This makes me very sad because you're building a great app and would love everyone to use it :)
Also, now it takes several days to receive the "We were unable to import your book" notification, so lately I oftentimes find myself adding the book manually before even getting the notification.
