Library Export Excel is mismatched/ Data slipped to wrong column

Hi 😊
every time I try to download my Export Library it doesn't separate the Data. When I try to separate the Data in Excel by myself by using " " and/or comma as separators, it comes out mismatched or slipped to the side. Authors are categorized as Format, etc. Especially if there are several Contributors.
When my friend downloads her Export it is already in a pretty and sorted tabel.
Hope my explanation makes sense, thank you for everything! 😊

pauline1512 Do you know which software your friend uses to open her sheet?
Nadia Hi, thanks for answering! We both use Excel to open the document. This is what it looks like to me before I try to sort it:
pauline1512 That's strange and implies an encoding issue. What happens when your friend tries to open your file? And what happens if you regenerate it then send it to her without you opening it?
Nadia Okay, we tried that. I generated a new file and sent it to her without opening. Funnily enough the preview of the Data (I used Slack to send it to her) looks correct (see new picture), but when she opens the file, it looks as unsorted as mine.
When my friend logs into my account and downloads the file there, the same thing happens.
pauline1512 What happens if you open it in some other Excel software, like, LibreOffice Calc (free)? Sorry, I've just got a lot of other priorities at the moment so am trying to see how you can get your data without me needing to fix this just yet! Thank you for your patience.
Nadia Using Libre Office worked! I'm sorry, I didn't think of using another program myself. 🤦♀️
Thank you so much for taking the time and for helping me out so quickly! 💜
pauline1512 Not at all! It's not on you to think of using another program. It should work on Excel always. I'll have to address this eventually but I'm so glad you're able to access your data for now.
