There seems to be no way to mark 5-star titles as having been read. I don't want to indicate that I own the item, just that I have read it.

Hello — can you please elaborate? You can mark any book as read by going to the dropdown and selecting 'Read'.
Can you perhaps email in to support@thestorygraph.com so we can have a look at what's going on here for you?
