Reading challenge not showing books as complete | Bugs

I've been adding books to prompts on my reading challenges but they're not showing up as "prompt complete" even though I've read them. Example attached

The books need to have a read date that's within the challenge start and end dates.

If that's not the issue, please contact us via the app so that we can look into this for you.
