Tap target to add keywords on mobile is too small

- navigate to a list of books (TBR works fine)
- scroll to a book that already has tags added, preferably a few
- try to tap the tag icon to add a new tag
- more often than not, your tap will land on one of the existing tags instead of on the "add" icon. I literally couldn't do it at all for this book and had to navigate to the book directly to accomplish it, since the icon is spaced a little further apart there
