In Compare Stats, the second dropdown can't be set to "All-time" | Bugs

When setting up the comparison of TBR vs All Time, the All time switches to current year after clicking compare. All Time vs TBR works ok.

The error is actually that the second dropdown won't stay on "All-time". It's something left over from the last Compare Stats version, where "All-time" wasn't even in the second dropdown option.
