Updating reading progress should update streak icon without a page refresh

When you update your reading progress from the home page, the streak fire icon does not update until you do a page refresh. This can be confusing (espeically on the mobile app) if you don't know that you have to refresh the page to see if your steak is in tact.

ryanlane Hehe. I just wondered if maybe you thought I'd removed it or something! It just goes to show how much this is a pain point for you! I hope to fix it eventually!
