I just got a scanner, this would be great!
Ooh, this feature will be wonderful! Can’t wait for it!
Yes please!! Very excited for this.
I’m really looking forward to this feature.
This would be fantastic! Especially for imputing our existing physical books.
I am new to StoryGraph, but I have stopped using Goodreads and only use this app now. I would love this feature and can't wait for it to go live.
I'll be so excited when this goes live. Will be the best way to add the physical books I have to my TBR.
Will this only be barcode reading or will it be able to bring up a book by image recognition as well?
This is focused on barcode reading only, unless the API to scan barcodes comes with book cover image recognition built in!
Yay! This makes me happy.
It's because of my current customer interview round, which I thank you for being a part of! 3 or 4 of the 8 have mentioned it at this point as something they'd really love!
This would be a great feature to have! Looking forward to having it implemented.
I’m so excited for this feature. I love going into book stores and just scanning everything I want to read. Being able to do this with the barcode on the back instead of typing out the numbers would be handy.
Yes! This is great! I often do this in bookstores when I see something I am interested in and want to quickly see reviews or add to my TBR.
Much easier to scan the ISBN rather than looking for the version of the book you have or type the ISBN by hand!
I would really love this featurethithisfeaturefeature
this is a very useful feature
I used this all the time on goodreads. It was very helpful and added an extra bit of fun when adding the next book you're reading.
This will be a great feature to have one day when we can go back into bookstores and I can't buy everything but I CAN save everything to my to-read list!
