"Are you sure" before exiting review without submitting

So many times I have typed out a long review just to accidentally tap one of the bottom buttons (home, stats, challenges, etc.) and then lose everything 🫠I'd love to get a popup or something that gives me a chance to be like "nooo I didn't mean to do that, go back!" without losing the entire review with one tap.

Merged this into related posts as I'm going to handle it all at the same time! Sorry for any lost in-progress reviews.
(However, if you switch tabs, or change page on the tab you're on — without taking any other action or doing a full page refresh — you should be able to go back — either to the tab you were on or swipe back — with the review still being intact.)
