I've been in a few buddy reads with friends where interest fizzles out, but because I was not the one who started it, it just hangs out in "Current Buddy Reads" even though it definitely is no longer current. I'd like a way to move this Buddy Read into the list of "Past Buddy Reads" on my own account, even if it does not "end" the Buddy Read for everyone else. Currently the only option is "Leave" and for one like this one, it feels a little bit sad to leave, since there was commentary that we chatted about.
