Add the possibility to exclude books with specific content warnings from recommendations | Requests/Ideas

Allow the users to set on their profile setting which content warnings they want to have excluded from their recommendations.

I would love to also be able to search BY a "content warning" - for example, I'm looking for a book that is both a romance and deals with mental illness. It would be great to search for the genre of romance while also searching by including the content warning of mental illness

This is already on the roadmap under "Long term". This is the whole reason why we have content warnings on reviews. It's the first step to this vision. :-)

Regarding blocking/excluding certain authors, we already have that on recommendations and filter searches! Have you spotted the 'x' by the author's name on a book pane?

I'd actually like to be able to just block/exclude certain authors. I don't know how feasible that is, but there are a few that come up ALL the time in my searches that I'm just not interested in.
