Seconding this. Also, I’ve had my finished book notation get messed up before on a book and it’s very difficult to add status changes to the reading journal, especially after you have marked a book Read.

Ie. Start book day 1. Reading journal day 2. End book day 3. The finished of day 3 somehow gets deleted. If I try to mark it back, I have to select “rereading” which starts a new sequence in the journal entries. I can’t retroactively read the original finished for the first sequence. So if you accidentally delete a status your wrap ups and your book count, etc all get messed up.

Oh no, it doesn't. That will come later. I was thinking that you could still add the quotes you wanted to this way for now. :-)

You can edit the autogenerated 'started' or 'finished' journal entries!

If you head to your reading journal, via your profile page, or directly to the book's journal entry, via the book page', you'll see the "Edit" link by each entry!
