Averaging pages read

For the pages read stat, for those users that don't track daily pages read, the graph goes from several days of zero pages, to "dumping" all the pages of the book on the day you've marked it finished.
OI think the graph would look much nicer if the app would instead lfoflfof putting all the book's pages on the day it's finished, average them out from the day the user started reading.

I read almost every day, but don't necessarily pop open the app to update the journal the moment I finish reading (and if I don't do it then, I likely won't do it later :/ ) - being able to optionally check a box that says "apply the average pages read to my journal" would be great. Otherwise I have what I have now - a start date, and an end date a week later that looks like I read a measly 500+ pages one afternoon while sipping tea :) Thanks!
I'd love for this to be an option! I definitely have days where I forget to log and I facepalm about the fact that now my stats look like I dumped a whole ton of reading into one day, and would love a way while logging to toggle "average this over the past X days since you last logged."
However, I also am often reading multiple books at once, so there are times when I don't read a particular book at all on certain days, so I wouldn't want it to automatically assume that I had been reading on days that I haven't been.
