Would it be possible to implement a feature that suggests similarly themed/vibed books because you highly rated another?

I recently read Call Me By Your Name and loved it. It really reminded me of The Catcher in the Rye in terms of the narration and themes. I would like to find similar books that also have a similar feel and then thought that it could be a cool feature!
