I would like to look at my Read books by publication date. The only way I can see to try to do that is in Stats, except you can't. (Whereas you can on the home page for To Read. Why not Read?) The Custom Stats feature is really lame. There is a chart that says Publication Date, data which is in your records so ought to be possible to run, but no data populates as far as I can see. Allowing me to make a chart would be good if I could make up my own tags, but the ones you have provided for me are useless.
