I would love this since I use it myself, but I'm not sure it could be used given it was made by a specific person. A collab would be awesome though!

I can see this as an optional tool, in case the reader needs help to decide the star rating. Maybe a button next to a star rating that you can click and it gives you a form you fill in and it would fill the rating for you.
Making it a default part of the rating along with the moods, character vs plot, etc. could be quite overwhelming.
