Custom Reading Challenge Badges

A really nice feature would be if when you create a challenge you can also create / upload a badge so that when someone completes a challenge the badge shows on their profile page.

This would be so cool!! I'd love to have the option of having a virtual set of badges or a sticker book to visualise the challenges I have achieved.
