Could a setting be added to the Challenge set up that restricts prompt completion to books users added themselves?

I've set up a challenge and User 1 read a book for Prompt A, but that same book was added by User 2 to Prompt B. The challenge marked both prompts completed for User 1 even though she planned to read something else for Prompt B.
