I like that idea. It isn't clear that clicking '(It took 'x' days)' actually is a remove button since there is a remove icon on the line above.

So maybe, clicking (It took 'x' days)" could instead prompt to change the date finished or read if desired.

You can delete this and/or move it to a Request/Idea :)

This only happens when it's your only read date against a book. Because we don't allow reviews on a book unless it's been marked as read with a read date, we prompt for full removal. Maybe if there was a way to edit the last read date instead it might be more helpful!
