Date read and star ratings should appear together

When adding a book to your read shelf, it should automatically come with date read and star ratings immediately, instead of having to go into the review section.
Not everyone wants to write a review about the book they read and would simply like to note when they finished it and the rating. Having one option hidden in the review section is a needless annoyance.

While you can fill in as much or as little that you want in the review, we did intentionally design the review flow like this in the early days so that people were incentivised to add a little bit more that'll be helpful to the wider community. We'll keep your feedback in mind!
