I'd love to be able to change my rating when re-reading but still have the old rating saved somewhere. That way I could easily see how I changed my mind over time and also the stats for previous years wouldn't be affected

yes yes yes! I've notices over years of using the app my ratings change and what I use to rate 5 stars isn't the same
Yes yes! Each read is a totally different experience!
Yes! I've been re-reading books from my teens, and the difference between 15ish and 50ish is huge.
