Restarting a book previously DNF'd not from the beginning

Some times I have to DNF a book because I have to return a book to the library. If I eventually want to reread the book I will start from where I ended (if it hasn't been a long time), but when I start from where I left off it counts all those pages/hours again. Is there anyway to say you started from the middle of the book so the pages don't count twice?

I'd love to have a way to "pause" reading a book because of this - because I'm "not finishing" the book because I don't like it, but because I need to wait for it to come back, or I feel like I need a break from it. That way I can get it off my 'currently reading' without having to put it into DNF.

shaymurph the way I would do it, is going to your Reading Journal and editing the first entry of your re-read, you should be able to remove Pages read in last sitting, which won’t affect your general progress in the book but won’t count the pages in your stats.

carc19 Yes, that's the way to do it right now!
