I currently use a tag for authors whom I have no interest in buying from again. The part that stinks is I have to basically do it for each book (or each first book in a series) to gently remind myself - hey you didn’t like these other books by them — DO NOT BUY, WISHLIST, etc.

It would be really nice if we could somehow create tags for authors where it would tag the entire author and books they’ve written. This could also be expanded to have favorite authors, auto buy authors etc.

I would love this type of feature and functionality and I think others (once they see it in use) might also enjoy it. It could then allow promos of author books to accounts that have them on specific lists - such as Rebecca Yarros - receive book updates from “following” or adding her to your Favorites List, etc. This could work similarly to following authors on Amazon. The key is that I am sure for favorites, etc it’s easier/more common than a Do Not Buy…I just hope that can be considered with this feature idea!
