Don't Recommend Books Already on TBR

I would love a way to have the recommendations not show me books that I already have on my TBR list. I've seen a lot of the books recommended over and over again and I've already added them to my list.

As per the recently merged post, I do like the idea of a high-level preference setting.
With the old rec style — where they were all one list — we had a way to filter them out via a filter menu but without the filter menu (seemed a bit much to have it for a list of circa 30 books) we might need to filter out TBR by default.
