Emoji reactions to reviews

Would be cool if people could allow emoji reactions on their reviews, similar to buddy read reactions—maybe with a setting like “who can react to my reviews?” and options “friends, followers, no one, etc”

I go back and forth on having emoji reactions on reviews, as opposed to just the ability to like them, which will be the very least that we offer. If we offer the full suite of emoji reactions, then yes, there'll definitely have to be a setting. If I stick to just likes, then there won't need to be a setting. I'll probably do a community poll on it when I get to that stream of work.
