I would like to be able to mark some of my tags to be excluded in the list that appears when I'm adding tags to a book.

An example of what I mean is that I have a set of tags recording what year I acquired a book, and when I'm adding the 'acquired-2024' tag to a new acquisition I have to navigate past 'acquired-2001', 'acquired-2002', etc. Since I'm unlikely ever to want to add 'acquired-2001' to another book, it's just cluttering up the list, so it would be nice to be able to mark it not to appear.

Ideally, this would be sensitive to the context in which the dropdown is appearing: I wouldn't want 'acquired-2001' to appear when I was adding tags, but I would still want it as an option if I was filtering by tags or creating a custom tag chart.

(I'm trying to think if there's a tag where the opposite situation would apply, that I'd want to have it as an option for adding but not for searching, but nothing's coming to mind.)

This is not a high priority request, just an idea for something that might make the interface a tiny bit nicer to work with.
