Right now you can filter your To-Read Pile by what tags a book has, but not what tags it doesn't have.

I'm trying to tag all the books in my TBR pile with which local libraries they're available at, but there's no way for me to filter the pile by what's tagged and what isn't. I tried the normal boolean operators but that doesn't function with the way the tags are designed.
