I really like this. For me I just want to be able to quickly get to my favorite authors (without having to type out their names from memory) to be able to add or see if they have new books.

Thank you for the suggestion! In the meantime, try putting those authors' names in your reading preferences survey. You might get some good hits.

This could potentially be done also by using the user stats for frequency and average rating /DNF count by author read.
