Hide Certain Covers from To-Read Pile Homepage

As it currently functions, the To-Read Pile widget on the Storygraph homepage displays 6 or so random books from your whole TBR. If this is not already a feature, I would love to be able to mark certain TBR books to never show on the homepage.

I have some books in my TBR with risque or obviously political covers. I work as a librarian. I like to evangelize for Storygraph, so I occasionally walk someone through how to use it or answer certain questions by visiting it. If I'm logged in when I do this, I run the risk of one of these more eyebrow-raising books showing up in front of this colleague or that stranger. In the moment, I may not remember to make sure I'm signed out, or I might want to show a specific feature that requires me to be logged in.

It would be great to eliminate that risk of having a risque or political cover showing up in those situations, while still keeping the book in the to-read pile.
