Host-Controlled Reading Challenge

I get frustrated when you see a reading challenge where someone has added a book for a prompt that simply does not fit the prompt. It would be nice if the host of the reading challenge could remove the book and make it not count for a prompt!

The host can do that. The next step is allowing participants to flag a book to a host in case they haven't spotted it or aren't doing a good job of keeping their challenge clean.
