I would love this as well! Just like I track subscriptions with custom tags, it would also help to track from which imprints I have highly-rated titles, so I know who to follow for new releases!

It would be nice to filter or follow publishers! I know that a lot of my favorite books come from a few publishers, so it would be nice to be able to see what new books they had out.
