Invite previous years' participants to this year's challenge

I host a challenge every year, and there's no way to communicate to all the users of the 2024 challenge that a 2025 challenge is available. It would be handy to be able to link annual challenges together in some way so that participants could be notified.

As someone who participates is several monthly and yearly challenges, this would be so helpful! I’d love it if I could just get a notification.
