When searching for or adding a new edition the ISBN has to be given without any separators/blank space.

It would be great to be able to copy/paste the ISBN as it is from, for example, the publisher page and when pressing a button "Cleanup ISBN" or something like that, all "-" or empty spaces are removed. Or convert it automatically on "submit" into to searchable form.

Otherwise I have to do this myself every time because in most cases an ISBN is shown in "human readable" (978-1-123-12345-0) form not as a simple string without separators.
