A label for books read similar to the “Mark as owned” label already available that we can select to remind ourselves/ users that the title is available or was borrowed from the library.

I second kaylovespurple - for now, you could create a custom tag titled 'library' and then you'd have a list of books you know are available in your library, plus you can use it to filter your TBR. :-)
Until this gets implemented, there's also the option of adding a "library" tag if you want to keep track of that info.
