I often read late at night/into the early morning. When I log the reading, it adds the journal entry for the day I'm logging - but when I've read into the early morning I count that as a continuation of the day before. I'd like to be able to set the "end of day" to a time of my choosing (say, 4am) - meaning that any reading entries added between midnight and that set time are automatically attributed to the previous day rather than the day of the logging.
(For example, if I start reading at 11:30pm on 1st November and finish/log reading at 1am 2nd November, currently that logs as a reading session on 2nd November. I'd like instead for the journal to use the 1st November date.)
I know I can manually change the date, but it's a bit of a faff having to do that every time and having it done automatically would be great!
This would be great, and having it work for marking a book as Finished would be even better, since you can't manually specify the date, you have to retrospectively change it, which means the streak is also incorrect until you do a recalculate.
An easy way to get around this for now is to set your time zone to one a few hours behind you. :)
danielles_reads I think that's worse than having to manually set the date on each journal entry.
